Today I am having nothing in mind to write. My day was just okay; nothing special happened that I want to write about. And I have a little headache, so I will just use this free writing we did before in class for my today’s journal entry. The free writing was about the differences between reading in High School versus reading in College. So, reading in High School is pretty much read the textbooks to try memorize the lessons and be able to get a good grade in the tests. You usually read non-stop all the way through the whole chapter. Sometimes during the reading you find out that some things are so boring and you were not even sure if you will ever use that or need that in your professional life at all. Then when you get in the college and you already know what you want to be, what you want to do professionally, or you should know by now. The things you will be reading in college will be more useful for your professional life. You will be reading things that will teach you what to do in your job. You will have to learn to do your job, so you will have to read more careful and be sure you really understand what you read. So, that my free writing about reading. I didn’t write much because we just had a few minutes, and I kind of need some time to start. Hope tomorrow I have something better to write or I will try pick up a topic and write about it.
