Cheese bread, cheese bread. Today I got up with this crazy desire to eat cheese bread, but the kind of Brazilian cheese bread. First thing is go online to the Internet and find out a Brazilian cheese bread recipe. Having that done, I have now to run to the store and find the stuff the recipe ask. I went to two different grocery stores and didn’t find the “tapioca flour” or “manioc starch”. Yeah, I knew it was going to be kind of a mission impossible find that in a normal grocery store. Back home I looked up on the Internet if there was any kind of special store in Springfield. I was so lucky, that it happened to have this “Latino Market”, and it was close to my house. Address in my hands, here I go to find the place. It is a little market with products from Latin American. I found the tapioca flour there, but looking a little more, I found a Brazilian Cheese Bread mix, and it was a product made in Brazil. I ended up buying that mix because it is much easier than that original recipe I have, but it doesn’t taste as good as an original cheese bread recipe. Getting back home, I could not wait to add one cup of water and two eggs to the mix and bake it. One package of mix made around 18 little cheese bread, and I ate so much that I kind of don’t want to see cheese bread for awhile.
