April Fool's Day

April 1st. Also known as April fool’s day. This day is dedicated to the jokes and lies. From the Portuguese we say it is “Lie’s Day”. I never said a huge lie on this day, but I heard some really bad stories about this day. Some people use to call their parents and say they were hijacked. Others used to call and said they had a car accident, then when they parents arrive in the local, there is no accident at all. Sometimes what was supposed to be fun can become very dangerous. I have this vague memory from when I was very young and my uncle wanted to fool grandmother. I don’t remember what he said, but I know that granny had to go to the hospital because that. Today my April fool’s joke was that I posted on my facebook page that I was returning to Brazil tomorrow. I got ton of messages from my relatives and friends asking me what time my plane would land so they could go wait for me at the airport. I was a bad boy, I know I should not play with people’s feeling, but I could not thin anything else for my April fool’s day joke. But then a few hours later I just apologized everybody and said it was just a joke. Some websites also had some cool stuff today. YouTube for example had the videos displayed upside down. It was cool. Hope nobody got hurt today with some jokes and that everybody had a good April Fool’s day.
